I thought I'd try some more dramatic lighting using markers instead of PS this time. I always use PS for any drawing I do that has a visible light source, because I have a wider range of options in terms of colour and colour mixing. This was new and kind of fun to try.

Boon and illo.4

Boon [top] and Keosuki's character. I kind of wish I hadn't relied so much on overlays for the second one. I had a mood and atmopshere in mind and fell short of them with the image's original colours, basically.
I also avoided a BG, because I'm amazing at being lazy.
